Shipping Policy
This policy explains how we ship your Medical Screen Pro test kit, how long delivery takes, and how your prepaid return mailer works. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
Free standard shipping
Standard shipping is free on all orders within our standard service area. Every kit includes a prepaid return mailer so you can send your sample back to the lab at no additional cost.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second notification when it ships.
Delivery times
Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
When your kit ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. If tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us and we will look into it.
Discreet packaging
All kits ship in plain, discreet packaging. Your privacy matters to us, and nothing on the outside of the box identifies its contents.
Returning your sample
Your kit includes a postage-paid return mailer for sending your sample to the lab. For best results, mail your sample the same day you collect it and follow the timing guidance included in your kit instructions.
Incorrect or damaged shipments
If your kit arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at care@medicalscreenpro.com and we will make it right, either with a replacement or a refund.
