Returns & Cancellation Policy
This policy covers how to return an unopened kit and how to cancel an order. For details on how money is returned to you, see our refund policy.
30-day returns on unopened kits
You may return an unopened, unused kit within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the kit must be in its original sealed condition with all components present. Opened or used kits cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
How to start a return
Email care@medicalscreenpro.com with your order number and let us know you would like to return your kit. We will confirm eligibility and send you clear instructions for sending the kit back.
- Contact us with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- We confirm your return is eligible and share return instructions.
- Send the sealed kit back using the method we provide.
- Once we receive and inspect it, we process your refund.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order at any time before it ships for a full refund. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in. The quickest way is described on our easy cancel page. If your kit has already shipped, contact us and we will walk you through returning it.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your kit arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, let us know within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and we will not ask you to return a damaged kit unless it is safe and practical to do so.
Return shipping
For eligible returns of unopened kits, we will explain the return method when you contact us. For damaged or incorrect items, or orders we shipped in error, we cover return costs.
