How to cancel

Email our support team at care@medicalscreenpro.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. Let us know you would like to cancel, and we will confirm the cancellation by reply.

If your kit has not shipped yet

If your order has not left our fulfillment center, we can cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank or card provider, but you can expect it within a standard processing window.

If your kit has already shipped
