Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Medical Screen Pro. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. It works alongside our returns and cancellation policy.

Unopened kits

Unopened, unused kits can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Kits must be in their original, sealed condition with all components intact. Once we receive and inspect the returned kit, we will process your refund.

Opened or used kits

Because our products are health test kits, opened or used kits cannot be returned or refunded for safety and hygiene reasons. If something went wrong with your kit or your experience, please contact us. We review every case individually and want to make things right.

Cancellations before shipping

If you cancel an order before it ships, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. See our easy cancel page for how to do this quickly.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your kit arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once processed on our end, it may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

How to request a refund

Email care@medicalscreenpro.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will confirm the next steps and, if a return is needed, tell you how to send the kit back.
